For 40 years, Dr. Oded Bahat has been on the front-lines of scientific discovery and ground-breaking research, preforming surgeries in Europe every year. Dr. Bahat’s research and lecture history are far too lengthy to describe on one page but these highlights are some of his best work. In March 2014, he joined colleagues from all around the world, delivering a keynote speech at the Nobel Biocare Panel in Seattle where he discussed changes in adults, citing the relationships between esthetics and continued craniofacial growth. In March 2015, he revisited this subject and its correlation to dental implants as a keynote speaker at the AO Lecture.
In 2012, Dr. Bahat conducted in-depth research on the placement of Branemark IV implants in compromised bone and grafted bone patients. Bahat and his team will revisit the study group for 3-7 years, following radiographic outcomes of 61 sites in 27 patients. It is thorough dedication and ongoing research like this that has newspapers and medias like The Hollywood Reporter calling Dr. Bahat “one of the top dentists” in the field.
